Required Document
- 1. Passport or travel document with validity not less than 6 months.
- 2. Photograph of the applicant, taken within the past six months.
- 3. Letter confirming voluntary work signed by an authorized person together with a copy of ID card or passport of the sign.
- 4. Registration of NGO/Charity/Association.
- 5. Health Insurance Policy Certificate covering all expenditures of medical treatments including COVID-19 worth at least 10,000 USD

Thai National Who has abandoned its Thai citizenship (Type O)
Required Document
- 1.Passport or travel document with validity not less than 6 months.
- 2.Photograph of the applicant, taken within the past six months.
- 3.Proof of having Thai citizenship.
- 4.Travel booking confirmation.
- 5. Health Insurance Policy Certificate covering all expenditures of medical treatments including COVID-19 worth at least 10,000 USD

To be a contestant or a witness for the judicial process ( Type O)
Required Document
- 1.Passport or travel document with validity not less than 6 months.
- 2.Photograph of the applicant, taken within the past six months.
- 3.Documents showing participation in the judicial process.
- 4.Financial evidence, e.g. bank statements, proof of earnings, proof of sponsorship from a third party).
- 5.Travel booking confirmation
- 6. Health Insurance Policy Certificate covering all expenditures of medical treatments including COVID-19 worth at least 10,000 USD

- 3. Approval from Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Kingdom of Thailand
- 4. Financial evidence, e.g. bank statements, proof of earnings, proof of sponsorship from a third party).

7. Copy of residence card or other evidence to prove that the applicant is legally residing in Norway (only for non-Norwegian and passport holders)
