On 4 December 2025, the Royal Thai Embassy in Oslo organized merit-making ceremony to commemorate on the Birthday Anniversary of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej The Great, National Day of the Kingdom of Thailand and Thailand's Father Day 5 December 2025. The Buddhist monks from Wat Thai Norway and Skiptvet Buddhist Monastery paid a visit to the Embassy to conduct the ceremony.

On this occasion, diplomats as well as the officials of the Embassy offered the food for the monks as well as conducted a Buddhist ceremony.
