On 15 October, 2025, H.E. Ms. Nitivadee Manitkul, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to the Kingdom of Norway accompanied by Group Captain Putthapong Phalajivin, Assistant Air Attache, and Acting Assistant Defence and Air Attache, Royal Thai Embassy in Oslo attended the presentation of Norway's Defence Budget for 2026 delivered by Ms. Marte Gerhardsen, State Secretary of Defence of Norway at Oslo Militaere Samfund Myntgata 3.

 

Ambassador Nitivadee and Group Captain Putthapong also had an opportunity to talk with the State Secretary after the briefing.
