On 28 August 2026, H.E. Ms. Nitivadee Manitkul, Ambassador of Thailand to Norway, led diplomats and Embassy staff to lay flowers in remembrance of His Majesty King Harald V of Norway at the Royal Palace in Oslo. On this occasion, the Ambassador met H.E. Mr. Jonas Gahr Støre, Prime Minister of Norway, and Ms. Anne Lindboe, Mayor of Oslo, by chance and personally conveyed her deepest condolences on the passing of His Majesty.
